Coffee Jello

  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold coffee
  • 1-3/4 cup hot strong coffee
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold coffee and then the hot coffee, sugar and vanilla. Chill until firm. Serve with cream.
