- 2 cups Hellmans mayonnaise
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cans (4.5 oz each) sliced mushrooms, drained
- (or 2 small containers of fresh, sliced mushrooms)
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, cheeses, mushrooms and dressing mix. Spread into a greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and fresh mushrooms are done. Serve with crackers.
