If I've heard about how good Trent and Mel's Potato Soup looks once, I've heard about it twenty times. So guess what's on the menu tonight? Trent texted the recipe to Andy who forwarded it to me. With all this modern technology, there's no excuse to have to eat out!!
Cube up 6 potatoes. (Peelings on/off optional)
Boil until tender, drain.
In a pot or crock pot add:
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 2 cans Carnation evaporated milk
When milk can is empty, fill with regular milk.
Stir in potatoes, mix well and let heat through.
When ready to eat, add chopped green onions, shredded cheese, and bacon bits to your bowl of soup.
