Turtles Candy

Here's another sweet for your sweetie this Valentine's Day!
  1. Add 1 teaspoon water to 2 packages of caramels and melt over slow heat. 
  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees, turn off. Put 1 bag of chocolate morsels in an oven-safe bowl for 10 minutes until melted.
  3. Put 1 teaspoon of melted caramel in buttered cupcake tins. 
  4. Put pecans on top and press in. 
  5. Cover with melted chocolate.

Makes about 36. Put in freezer for 5 minutes or until chocolate hardens. Take out of tins and store.
