Easy Grilled Shrimp

Andy and I celebrated Valentine's Day 2021 Saturday night at home with some delicious, easy grilled shrimp, steaks and salad. The weather was very cold, we're not crowd people and we just prefer hanging out at the house.

We had three dozen of peeled, deveined, tail-on shrimp which were thawed in a colander under running water.

As I double skewered six shrimp, leaving a little space between each, Andy got the grill fired up on low heat.

Each skewer of shrimp was seasoned this way on a cooking sheet.
  1. Drizzle a little olive oil over shrimp
  2. Liberally season with Old Bay Seasoning
  3. Next, add a light layer of Flavor God's Garlic Lovers Seasoning 
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice 
  5. Flip each skewer and repeat
Shrimp skewers were grilled on low heat for three minutes and then turned and grilled for three more minutes. Andy turned them one additional time and grilled for four more minutes.

Steak and Grilled Shrimp
Always let your steaks rest before eating and don't overcook! These ribeyes were seasoned with our favorite prime rib rub.

Forget the baked potato! This simple salad featured Romaine lettuce mix, tomatoes, green onions, Greek olives and bacon.
