Garlic Cheese Biscuits

Every Christmas Eve we have a lobster and shrimp boil with the kids. I always make a double batch of these “rolls” when the gang comes over.  If they aren’t hidden, they disappear before we can get all the food on the table!

  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. Lawry’s garlic powder with parsley flakes
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

In a medium mixing bowl, mix baking mix, milk and cheese until soft dough forms. Spray baking sheet. Drop dough by spoonfuls.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until a nice golden brown.

While biscuits are baking, mix butter and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over biscuits when remove them from oven. Serve warm.
