Artichoke Dip

This one is so easy, requires very few ingredients and is quite delicious!
  • 1 can marinated artichoke hearts, well drained
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (Do not use Salad Dressing!)
  • 1 small can green chilies 
Drain and chop artichoke hearts into small pieces. Mix remaining ingredients. Put in a greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly.
