Italian Love Cake

Your Valentine will seriously <3 you when you serve up an Italian Love Cake! 

It's easy and nothing fancy to look at, but one bite and they'll be in LOVE!!

My cousin Christine shared a pic of her Italian Love Cake 

she prepared Easter Sunday for her family.

 

Ingredients:

• 1 box fudge marble cake mix
• 2 lbs. ricotta cheese
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp.vanilla extract
• 1 box (3-3/4 oz) instant chocolate pudding
• 1 c. milk
• 1 carton of whipped topping

Directions:

1. Mix cake as directed on box.
2. Pour into greased and floured 9X13 inch pan.
3. In separate bowl combine ricotta, sugar, eggs, and vanilla; mix well.
4. Spoon mixture over top of unbaked cake.
5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
6. Cool.
7. Mix pudding with milk; fold in whipped topping.
8. Spread over cooled cake; refrigerate.
