Granny Grisham’s Corn Casserole
Last night we enjoyed a plate full of red beans and rice, chorizo, fresh lettuce and spinach salad from the garden and Granny Grisham's Corn Casserole. The sweetness of the corn was a nice contrast with the spicy sausage and the flavorful rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cans Mexican corn, drained
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- Black pepper to taste
I`ve tried this recipe and i`m really impressed, it has a very good taste. My both child tried it and they like it a lot. Thanks a lot for sharing.
