Tortilla Pizzas
The other night we were getting ready to leave for a week at the river. We were all running around like crazy taking care of the yard, grocery shopping, packing, etc. All of this activity left little time for cooking. I thought about the little pizzas I fixed for the boys on soccer practice or late activity nights. They're so simple and quick, but extremely tasty.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 4 10" flour tortillas
- Shredded cheese
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Ranch dressing
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brown meat and prepare per directions on the seasoning package. Split meat between four shells. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake until the cheese is melted and the shell crisps up a little.*
Top with your favorite toppings.
*Andy doesn't like the crispy tortilla. He likes them just warmed up real well and then rolled up like a wrap.
