Fried Green Beans

Here's our newest go-to side dish. They're so good and so easy, we would eat them just about every night. Regardless of what you're serving, they go with it like a hand in a glove.
One night we had them with oven baked pork chops. A few nights later, we enjoyed them with a steak, baked onion and a tiny baked potato. All you need is a big bag of fresh green beans, about 1/3 stick of butter and  low sodium soy sauce for seasoning.

Melt the butter in a large skillet. Try to not over-stuff it with green beans. The second time I prepared these, I did two batches. The bag said it contained eleven servings. I fixed half the bag the first time. Momma was eating with us and I knew we would sample before we ate.
Cook until you reach the desired texture by turning them frequently. We like them to be firm and not mushy. Once they are just about right, hit them with several dashes of soy sauce. Toss it to coat the beans and they're ready to eat!
